Storage and use

Refrigerate the icing when it will not be used immediately; it keeps for approximately 7 days at room temperature or 2 weeks refrigerated. After decorating, air-dry or use low heat, then keep the cookies in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Regular packing uses bubble wrap and a carton.
