Sweetalicious uses your information to answer questions and prepare orders through website chat or WhatsApp. Website chat may be assisted by AI and handled by staff.

Details submitted through chat or a team-request form are saved to prepare your order. You can open and send your selected summary through WhatsApp.
Chat and reference images
Submitted messages, reference images, inquiry details, the originating page, and service activity are stored in Sweetalicious’s system. Authorized staff may monitor submitted messages, review AI answers, and take over. Unsent typing is not transmitted. JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF images are normalized and metadata is removed; limits are 10 MB per image, two per message, and ten per conversation. Do not upload payment details or sensitive identity documents.
Device storage
Theme and analytics-consent choices may be stored on your device so your preferences remain available on future visits.
Analytics
Optional Google Analytics measures visits, pages, button use, and successfully saved inquiries after you allow it. Analytics cookies support this measurement. Message contents, names, contact numbers, addresses, and files are not sent to Google Analytics. Account and management pages are excluded. You can withdraw consent through Privacy preferences in the footer; Global Privacy Control is also respected.

Optional contact and team notifications
Your name and WhatsApp number are requested only if you choose a callback and consent. Staff may use the number for that inquiry only. Staff notification emails contain only a reference and a protected inbox link, without your conversation, images, name, or number. Unsent chat and inquiry-summary drafts are temporarily saved in your browser tab to survive page navigation; drafts are not transmitted to staff or AI. A local marker without message content helps restore the session and actual unread replies.
AI processing
When AI assistance is enabled, a bounded portion of your conversation, relevant images, and approved product information may be sent to OpenAI to prepare a reply. Answers and staff reviews do not automatically change AI knowledge.
Retention and deletion
Submitted conversations and images are retained without a fixed expiry for service and review. Unsent uploads are removed after 24 hours. You may request access, correction, or deletion through WhatsApp using your chat reference. Trash is recoverable; permanent deletion removes application records and derived files, while backups expire under their separate retention policy.
Chat cookies and security
An essential session cookie links this browser to its conversation for up to 90 days. Starting a new chat disconnects browser access to the previous session. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent abuse. Staff use individual accounts and authenticator verification. Chat, private media, and management pages are not stored in public caches.
WhatsApp summary
You can review and edit the summary before opening WhatsApp. You still choose whether to send it in WhatsApp. Images are not attached automatically; staff can access them using the conversation reference.
Cart and customer accounts
An essential session cookie keeps your cart and private access. Customer accounts are optional. If you create an account, your email, profile, and addresses support login and future inquiries. Passwords are processed by the authentication system and are not displayed to staff.
Checkout data
Checkout saves your selections, quantities, prices at submission, personalization, reference images, name, WhatsApp number, and submitted address and notes. Authorized staff access this data to handle your request. Account history belongs to your account; guest requests are accessed through the original session. Records and images remain until explicit deletion, with separate backup retention.
