How to Order Character Cookies with a Clear Creative Brief
Build an efficient character-cookie brief using theme, colors, quantity, size, references, and the required date without overwhelming the design discussion.

A useful brief does not need to be long. It only needs to explain who the cookies are for, the intended mood, quantity, size, and when they are needed.
Choose the visual priority
Select one main element: a character, name, age, or logo. Supporting elements can then frame it without crowding the cookie surface.
Minimum brief details
- Event name and required date.
- Cookie quantity and size.
- Main character or theme.
- Two to four priority colors.
- Text that must be reproduced exactly.
- Pickup or delivery preference.
Annotate your references
Explain what you like in each image. Without notes, the team cannot tell whether the reference is about color, composition, expression, or packaging.
Leave room for confirmation
A short timeline, large quantity, or very fine details can change the recommended technique. Send the brief early so practical adjustments can be proposed.
Keep all decisions in one conversation or form. A single brief reduces the risk of conflicting versions of colors, wording, or quantity.
