Styling Meringue Cones for a Playful Party Table
Plan color, quantity, display, and setup timing so meringue cones add a light visual accent that can also be shared with guests.

A meringue cone adds height and color without making a table feel heavy. It can serve as decoration and then be shared, provided it is protected from humidity and guest traffic.
Use a limited palette
Choose the event’s main color, one supporting color, and a neutral. Too many colors can stop the cone from reading as a deliberate focal point.
Display plan
- Number of cones and number of tables.
- Height of surrounding objects.
- A position away from direct sunlight.
- A utensil or method for sharing meringues.
- Small packs if guests will take them home.
Leave space around it
Do not place the cone directly beside open drinks or steaming food. Open space reveals its shape and reduces the chance that it will be knocked.
Count it as a small serving
Decide whether the cone is only a centerpiece or something every guest will share. If it is served, include it in the overall dessert count.
Open the packaging as close to serving time as possible. Photograph the initial arrangement before guests begin taking pieces.
